JOB DESCRIPTION :

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for:

SERVICE EXCELLENCE
– Develop, implement and monitor day to day the operating system
– Build and maintain relationship with all department head, external partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
– Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for daily operating performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
– Ensure the service run based on standard operating procedure
– Create, control, update SOP and Workflow for each department
– Maintain collaboration with IT team to make work process more efficient by using online tools
– Provide support to customer service and account manager to provide the best service for customer

PRODUCT
– Analyze products based on market trends to create new product ideas and/ or product or packaging changes
– Analyze and survey to consider the selling price for each product
– Manage professional relationship with thrid party as the solution or resource provider
– Deali with hotels, transport, activity and other suppliers to get the best offer/ API
– Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitor
– Work closely with sales manager to develop sales strategic
– Work closely with IT to create the best reservation system with good features that meet customers’ need
